Online Application

Apply online and the Library will email your card number in approximately three (3) business days so you can access ebooks, audiobooks, streaming videos, and magazines. Your card will arrive by mail to your Deschutes County home address in approximately one (1) week and will give you access to all Library resources.

Note - a parent/guardian must have a library card to apply online for a card on behalf of a child under seventeen.
