Mennonites in the Pacific Northwest
Jerry Barkman traces the beliefs of the Mennonites as well as their movement throughout the world, then to the U.S. and the Pacific Northwest.

Kelly Cannon-Miller talks about the influenza epidemic of 1918 and how it affected Central Oregon.



Local Dog Stars
Therapy animals and their handlers on using dogs to relieve depression, give comfort and reduce stress.



Guided Quilt Tours (open to the public)
During April, QuiltWorks Quilt Gallery is exhibiting 50 quilts, each inspired by the novel The Dog Stars. Each quilt, uniquely different in color, style, setting and shape celebrates The Dog Stars and the quilters who have woven together their love of reading and quilting.

The Night Sky by Eye
Join Sunriver Observatory staff for a guide through the constellations and some of the mythology behind them. These are each two-hour presentations, beginning inside and moving outdoors for the second hour. Bring warm clothing.
