Instructor Bio:
Alex Schultz is the Retail Store Manager of Arome in Redmond. He is a gourmet food enthusiast who graduated from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona with a BS degree in Hospitality Management. Alex managed restaurants and kitchens for over 26 years where he learned many cultural food techniques and recipes. He enjoys learning and sharing his passion for food with everyone.
