Join a guided tasting of locally made, botanically-forward, spirits. Ages 21+.

This is an in-person program. Registration is required. IDs required.

Visit Oregon Spirit Distillers for a guided tasting of four varieties of Gin. Learn about gin making, and how ingredients, types of botanicals, botanical macerations, and distillation methods lend to the uniqueness of each individual gin. Participants will try Oregon Spirit Distillers' Aged Genever Gin, Dry Gin, Sloe Gin, and Pinot Noir Barrel-Aged Gin, while learning about production processes and seeing a distillery in action.

Oregon Spirit Distillers, founded in 2009 and family-owned, was the first distillery in Central Oregon to operate a still. "Our mission is to distill with a commitment to local agriculture and Oregon's bold, independent personality."
