3:00 PM to 4:30 PM
Location
Sisters Library
Description
Learn to make two types of the traditional Korean dish.

This is an in-person program. Registration is required. Masks are recommended at all in-person library events.

Attendees will learn about this traditional Korean dish & how to make two versions of kimchi. One version that needs to ferment, ideally for a week or more, and a second fresh kimchi salad version that can be eaten immediately.

Leah Thompson is a self-taught home cook and flower farmer. She was born in Korea and adopted into a non-Korean family. Over the years she has learned to find and appreciate traditional Korean cuisine and appreciates it even more now since having moved to Central Oregon.
