Learn to make two types of the traditional Korean dish.
This is an in-person program. Registration is required. Masks are recommended at all in-person library events.
Attendees will learn about this traditional Korean dish & how to make two versions of kimchi. One version that needs to ferment, ideally for a week or more, and a second fresh kimchi salad version that can be eaten immediately.
Leah Thompson is a self-taught home cook and flower farmer. She was born in Korea and adopted into a non-Korean family. Over the years she has learned to find and appreciate traditional Korean cuisine and appreciates it even more now since having moved to Central Oregon.
