Journaling is an easy way to practice mindfulness, both internal and external. Set goals for the world around you or personal New Year resolutions. Describe nature and the current season, or your feelings out. Practice art journaling, or self-reflection. Register for a program kit including writing prompts, a journal, and a few art supplies to explore.
Registration required. Limit one kit per teen customer. 20 registration spots available. Registration closes Thursday, December 16 at 9:00 am. Kits will be delivered to your preferred library location.
