Meditation and mindfulness both have proven health benefits and are, at their core, self-care practices. You will learn the difference between these two practices, experience both guided and silent meditation, and leave with tools to live a more mindful life.
Liz Skarvalis: I have practiced yoga for over half my life and have studied and taught yoga for the past 12 years. Yoga has taught me to breathe, move, and live intentionally through presence, awareness, and focus. Through practices of movement, meditation, and mindfulness I have learned to be more compassionate with myself and others.
