5:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Location
Sisters Library
Description
Registration is required to attend this in-person program. Wearing a face covering is required at all in-person, indoor events.

Discover the denizens of the dark - owls - that prowl our local forests. Learn about their natural history and dependency on forested and open habitats. Discover ways to identify these (mostly) nocturnal predators by sight and sound - hooting practice begins at dusk!

Damian Fagan spent several seasons hooting for spotted owls in Utah and New Mexico as a contract biologist. He is a naturalist and freelance writer living in Bend, and often frequents forested areas after dark in search of owls.
