Learn to make a colorful tassel necklace on a mysteriously adjustable clasp-free cord. Registration is required to receive a program kit, which will be available for scheduled pick-up at your preferred library prior to the event. Your craft kit will include everything you need, except for scissors. Supplies are limited.


Julie Bowers is a Community Librarian with Deschutes Public Library, focusing on Early Literacy. She's been crafting since childhood, and finds it pairs beautifully with audiobooks. Current project: adding pockets to everything while listening to The House in the Cerulean Sea by TJ Klune.
