Yoga Nidra is a style of guided meditation often known as "yogic sleep" that promotes stress relief, healing, and deep relaxation. Please wear comfortable clothing and set yourself up in a place where you can relax and be free of distractions. It's recommended to do this practice lying down; you may want to have pillows and blankets handy.
Sam Osborne's journey along the path of yoga began as an attempt to relieve a little stress and heal her body from years of intensely vigorous workouts. After one class she was hooked. Over the following year she learned what it felt like to listen to her body and to actually appreciate all that it does. Her goal is to provide a space for people to discover their true potential and to love every minute of their journey along the way!
