In this guided meditation you'll be led through visualization, body scan, and breath practices to find a greater sense of peace and presence. All ages and experience levels are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing and set yourself up in a place where you can relax and be free of distractions. You can do this practice seated or lying down.
Helen Cloots started practicing yoga and meditation as a way of balancing out the craziness of life and now can't imagine going a day without it. She was initially drawn to yoga by the physical benefits of the practice but quickly found herself returning for the total sense of calm and well-being that it delivers.
