Nicole Lamb completed her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Sport Science and then went on to pursue her Masters of Science in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. Nicole has a passion for holistic wellness and understands the complexity of achieving healthy living in today's world. She strives to educate and empower others to take their health into their hands, and use natural solutions to up-level their health.
