We are all navigating the unfamiliar waters of COVID19, while also witnessing and/or participating in an anti-racist movement. Burnout syndrome is defined as emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. Explore hope burnout, resiliency, meaning making, and the art of self-compassion. Learn tools and techniques to help understand, prevent, and cope with burnout and compassion fatigue during these challenging times. Psycho-education, mindfulness, and brief solution focused strategies will be covered and a brief Q & A discussion will be facilitated following the program.
Dr. Sabrina Hadeed is a Licensed Professional Counselor, supervisor, and counselor educator here in Bend with over 14 years of experience in the mental health field. In her workshops and trainings, she brings a holistic view that is practical and engaging.
