Bring a towel, a yoga mat, and a water bottle. Wear tight-fitting, comfortable clothing that is meant for sweat--cotton is not advised.
Participants must sign waiver before class acknowledging and assuming all risk. Please arrive early to do so. Studio opens 30 minutes before class begins.
At Bend Hot Yoga we teach a beginning yoga class of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room that helps to alleviate chronic pain, anxiety and stress. You can notice a difference even after your first class! From stress and pain relief to weight management, the 26 postures are designed for total wellness.
