Learn the step by step process of making traditional Irish soda bread for yourself. Discuss the history and importance of soda bread while enjoying a slice of a prepared loaf
Workshop led by Elizabeth Guerin. Elizabeth lives in Southeast Bend on a small dairy goat farm with her husband John and teaches Spanish at a local elementary school. She also teaches agricultural topics, cheese-, and bread making for several community groups. When not teaching or in the barn she can be found in the kitchen perfecting her love of bread baking.
