The League of Women Voters of Deschutes County and the Deschutes Public Library are co-sponsoring a candidate forum for candidates who have filed for State Representative 53rd District. Candidates Ben Schimmoller and Jack Zika from the Republican Party and Eileen Kiely and Bill Trumble from the Democratic Party will participate in the forum. There are approximately 52,000 registered voters in this district. The district includes precincts in Bend, Sunriver and Redmond.
