Traffic Flow in the Redmond Library Parking Lot

With the opening of the new Redmond Library, there is a new traffic flow pattern for the community to be aware of. In the parking lot of the Redmond Library, the lane directly adjacent to the north edge of the library is a two-way lane. However, the back row of the parking lot and the lot's western lane are both one-way only. Please refer to the below overhead view for a visual. The Deschutes County ballot drop box is located in a one-way lane at the western edge of the parking lot. Please be mindful of all arrows indicating traffic flow, which are marked on the below map and on the the parking lot itself. Do not attempt to enter the one-way lane against the one-way arrows when entering from SW 9th Street. If you need to access the ballot drop box from your car, please proceed to the back row the parking lot and enter the one-way section near the SW Cascade Avenue entrance.
