NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR ARCHITECTURAL FIRM FOR CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

The Deschutes Public Library has completed its evaluation of the proposals submitted in response to the request for proposal for architectural firm for conceptual design. The RFP team has evaluated the proposals received using the evaluation criteria identified in the RFP, and DPL is hereby announcing its conditional contract awards to the following bidder:

•             Group 4 Architecture Research & Planning, Inc and Henneberry Eddy Architects

The bidders listed above received the evaluation team's highest rankings.  DPL will be contacting the aforementioned bidders soon to negotiate a contract.  As provided in the RFP, the Notice of Intent to Award is subject to execution of a written contract and, as a result, this Notice does NOT constitute the formation of a contract between DPL and the apparent successful architectural firms.  DPL further reserves the right to cancel this Notice of Intent to Award at any time prior to the execution of a written contract.

This award decision is conditioned upon final approval by the Library Board and the successful negotiation of a contract.

This notice shall remain posted for five (5) business days through April 2, 2019, and no award will be made during this period.
