Don’t miss local music guru Michael Gesme take on Beethoven at the East Bend and Redmond Public Libraries during the Know Classics series
being offered during January, 2012. The programs are free and open to the public.

Michael Gesme is the conductor of the Central Oregon Symphony and a Professor of Music at Central Oregon Community College where he teaches courses in Music Theory, Music History, Ear Training, and Conducting. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, and a Masters of Music Degree in Orchestral Conducting from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Gesme also conducts the Linfield Chamber Orchestra in McMinnville, OR, and is the Music Director and Orchestra Conductor of the Young Musicians and Artists summer camp.
