The Nature of Words Starts November 5th

The Nature of Words, one of Central Oregon's most important literary events, starts this year in early November. Scheduled for November 5th through the 9th, participants in the long weekend can choose from author readings, workshops, and panel discussions.
It's not too late to see the Nature of Words authors at the Tower Theatre on Thursday, November 6th, and Friday, November 7th, or to attend a writing workshop on Friday and Saturday at COCC.
On Sunday, November 9th, at 11:00 a.m., there will be an open mic for Nature of Words workshop participants at the Bend Public Library in the Brooks Room. This program is free and open to the public, and gives those who attended the writing workshops a chance to share their work with the general public.
