Art in the High Desert Festival to Benefit Deschutes Public Library

Art in the High Desert, a juried fine art and craft festival, will have its inaugural show August 22-24 in Bend Oregon’s Old Mill District. 107 artists will be displaying their work, selected from over 300 submitting artists from 27 states.
A three panel painting interpreting the Old Mill area by Artist Jan Verdieck will be reproduced on the Festival commemorative posters and T-shirts. Proceeds from the sale of the original painting will be donated to the Deschutes Public Library to support the visual arts in Central Oregon.
