Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) Services


Deschutes Public Library District (DPL) will be conducting an information session regarding the CM/GC RFP process for the Bond-Funded Construction Projects. This is not a mandatory meeting and is being held to share our contracting plan, work packages and timelines for the RFPs to be issued. The purpose of the meeting is to share information about the projects and address any preliminary questions from the contracting community.

The meeting is scheduled as follows:

Location: Deschutes Public Library, Downtown Bend Location, 601 NW Wall St. Bend, OR. The meeting will be held in the Brooks Room.

Meeting Date and Time: Tuesday August 3rd, 2021, at 2:00 pm PST.
