From tax brackets to standard deductions, the changes that took effect in 2018 reflect the largest piece of tax reform legislation in more than 30 years. People wondering how they are affected can get help through AARP Foundation Tax-Aide at the Downtown Bend Library (601 NW Wall Street, Bend).
