Girl Reading

A bronze sculpture of a girl reading has welcomed visitors at the Redmond Library for years. Photographs and additional information will be added here.

New commission in selection. Additional work for the new Redmond Library building is in the Selection Committee’s review.

The library’s art commissions are funded through a one-percent set-aside on bricks-and-mortar construction costs—a policy that follows the State of Oregon’s 1% for Art statute. Read about the program and how artists apply →
