(January 28, 2002) The Deschutes Public Library Foundation invites writers and artists to attend the program Copyright Issues: Are you securing your legal rights? The program will be held at the Bend Public Library in the Brooks Resources Room on Saturday, February 9 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
