Caba explores historical sources and archaeological findings outside of the Bible that describe the life of Jesus and the early Christians during his Jesus and the Early Christians Outside of the Bible presentation. “Other authors and historical figures commented on the teachings and activities of Jesus and his followers,” says Caba. He will highlight the other primary source material during his interactive presentation that seeks to learn as much as we can about the events behind the holiday season.
During his The Temple Mount in Jerusalem presentation Caba will take an in depth look at one of the most sacred places on Earth. For thousands of years this complex has been a holy site for believers of various faiths. His talk examines the fascinating history of this area, which is still hotly debated today. The presentation also includes Caba’s own experiences as a volunteer on the only recent archaeological project to examine the Temple Mount.
Caba holds a Masters in Philosophy & Religion, a Masters in Humanities, a Bachelors in Biblical Education and Associates in Engineering. He has completed volunteer archaeology work in Israel, and has explored ancient ruins in Israel, Egypt, Greece and elsewhere. He has also been published in Bible & Spade magazine on the subject of the Bible and archaeology, and speaks regularly on the topic of archaeology and the ancient world for various organizations.
