The Friends of the Redmond Library Art Committee is hosting the 5th Annual High Desert Society of the Arts Show throughout the month of October. An artist reception will be held October 8, from 1:00 until 3:00.

The High Desert Society of the Arts was founded in 2004 and promotes diverse forms of art, handcrafts and culture in Central Oregon. The group offers classes, organizes art shows and provides an opportunity for artists to network. HDSA welcomes new members.
