Twilight Criterium to Affect Access/Parking at the Downtown Bend Library

The 2011 Downtown Twilight Criterium will be held in downtown Bend on Saturday, July 23rd. To accommodate the race, several downtown streets will be closed beginning from 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM on 07/23/2011.
The following streets are affected:
Wall from Oregon to Idaho
Bond from Idaho to Oregon
Oregon, Minnesota, Franklin, Louisiana and Idaho from Bond to Wall
During the street closures, the Downtown Bend Library parking lot will only be accessible from Broadway, and on-street parking will be available on Louisiana and Kansas Avenues.
