Public Survey for Library Director Recruitment

Michael K. Gaston, current Deschutes Public Library Director and 2008 Librarian of the Year, is retiring in January 2009. We are asking for public input as part of our recruitment process via the survey below.



Input from the public and the staff will be provided to the library board as they develop the key professional attributes desired in the next successful library director. Gossage Sager Associates, executive library recruiters, are handling the recruitment process.
