According to Webster’s online dictionary, clue is defined as “a piece of evidence or information used in the detection of a crime or solving of a mystery.”

Gather some evidence of your own this February at Deschutes Public Library during the Know Clue series of programs. During the series presenters will investigate, poke, probe, examine and explore the mysterious, the unsolved and the unnerving.

Programs are free and open to the public.

Know Clue: Hitchcock - Anxiety, Sex and Peeping Toms
Professor Greg Lyons will present a short lecture before the film and then lead a discussion or answer questions about Hitchcock’s cinema following screening.



Know Clue: D.B. Cooper and the Exploding Whale
Popular author William L. Sullivan takes us on a slide show tour of legendary Northwest folk heroes, from Sacajawea and Opal Whitely to D.B. Cooper and Bigfoot.
